Deria is the original and older area of Dubai, nestling on the creek in the city centre its close the Dubai International Airport and the cities nightlife.  There are multiple types of city hotel and a few selected beach resorts in the Deria area, there are excellent shopping options and taxi rides to the city’s main business areas run to about 20 minutes.  It’s an ideal business stay location if you need to visit Sharjah during your stay.  Traffic into Dubai can be hectic in the morning so you should plan a little longer to travel from your Deria Hotel in the morning to make it to your meetings on time.
