Terms and conditions

• This promotion is valid from 1 June until 10 September 2010 – collection or redemption of vouchers will not be accepted after this date.
• The voucher value is calculated at 50% of the room rate only, excluding taxes, service charges and all other consumption.
• The promotion is valid for room bookings on the hotels’ best available rate only and cannot be combined with any discounted or packaged rates.
• The promotion is valid for bookings made directly with the hotel or through the company website or via the central reservation offices.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed against the same stay or in the issuing hotel.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable (neither in full nor in part).
• Only original vouchers are acceptable – tampered, copied or damaged vouchers will not be accepted and are invalid.
• The voucher value will in be in US$. For conversion to and from local currency, the hotel daily rates will apply.
• Vouchers will not be issued nor redeemed at Mövenpick Hotels in Makkah and Madinah during the holy month of Ramadan.
• This promotion is not valid on weekends at Mövenpick Hotel Makkah.
• Mövenpick Hotels in Beirut and Jeddah are excluded from this promotion during the summer and will only honor redemption of vouchers during Ramadan.
